I just heard about an interesting study from someone I was visiting about advertising in our magazine. They told me that the study found 287 cancer causing chemicals and toxins in the umbilical cords of babies. If you think for a moment that the health of the mother doesn’t affect her baby, you are just deceiving yourself. We know for a fact that eating natural organic whole foods helps a mother’s baby be much healthier than a diet of processed foods.

This study by the Environmental Working Group involved 10 umbilical cords. Other researchers have conducted similar blood studies. These studies dispel the myth that a mother somehow, magically keeps cancerous chemicals from her fetus. People that are not in tune with natural organic whole foods are shocked to find that these chemicals come from common consumer products.

If you are expecting, hoping to get pregnant, or nursing. Please remember that whatever you eat affects your baby. If you eat a lot of processed foods this will affect your baby. I remember how the midwife we have used has all kinds of tests to keep the mother’s health as good as possible to make for an easier delivery. My wife can testify that taking all the vitamins and watching her diet wasn’t always fun, but the results were a lot better than any OBGYN ever helped her achieve through conventional medical practices.

So remember our baby’s health begins with us. As parents we need to lead by example eating the natural organic whole foods that will not only make us live a healthier life, but also pass that same health on to our children. Our little ones want to be like us, (at least while they are young) so we need to give them natural organic whole foods that are good for them and taste good. If I won’t eat right, how can I possibly expect my children to eat right?

For a long time I felt that all the talk about natural organic whole foods was hype. That it wasn’t really that big of a deal. Just eat a reasonably healthy diet and you’ll be fine. I guess looking at my picture, (which you can see if you follow me on twitter) you’ll see that using this idea of not being careful about what and how much I eat, not considering natural organic whole foods, I have become overweight, and there are digestive problems that I’ve had to deal with as well.

Would eating primarily natural organic whole foods have changed this? I am becoming convinced that the answer is certainly, YES! The reason is two fold. First of all there are so many chemicals used in food production today that cause a wide range of trouble for our bodies. For example I recently read an article that while many dangerous pesticides like DDT have been banned for use in our country since the year I was born (1972) most American’s still get DDT into their systems by eating vegetables from our grocery stores. This seems incredible until you consider that a lot of vegetables are grown outside the country and shipped in so we have a lot of variety year round. In other countries there are no bans against these chemicals and they are still used. We are then slowly poisoned and our bodies actually show signs of early aging because of the stress these chemicals can cause our bodies to have to deal with all the time. A diet that primarily consists of natural organic whole foods, avoids this poisoning.

Also there are many vitamins and minerals that we need in our bodies to maintain a healthy and active life. These are found in much higher quantities in food that you grow organically and naturally in your back yard. Locally grown natural organic whole foods, definitely seem to be an important part of a healthy lifestyle.

Let me know what you think about this, by posting a comment to this blog post below. I would like to hear your opinion on this question. Do you think natural organic whole foods are really healthier and better for you?

As you know I am always on the look out for natural organic whole foods that are what I call ‘healing foods’. These are the types of natural organic whole foods that promote healing and reversal of various diseases or health challenges.

Today I would like to share with you something that I have recently read and am now investigating. There is a fiber that is derived from the Konjac Root, known for centuries in Asia. The plant is native to Japan and China and has been used for centuries by women to maintain a healthy weight.

Konjac Root’s main component is called Glucomannan, and my initial research indicates that this root is a water soluble starch and has the effect of helping people to loose weight (it can swell up to 17 times in water) because it helps maintain a “full” feeling. Also various studies show that this konjac root has been effective in reducing bad cholesterol while increasing good cholesterol. Also Konjac Root seems to have the effect of helping regulate blood sugar levels. Both low blood sugar and high blood sugar conditions have been dramatically improved. In one place I read of a type two diabetic who was able to get completely off insulin and eat normally because of using Konjac Root!

Now at this point I don’t have enough information to claim that this Konjac Root is a natural organic whole foods miracle, but it certainly is worth learning more about. I have ordered some of the flour made from the Konjac Root and will begin doing some experimentation myself. I’ll let you know the results.

In the mean time I would appreciate your comments and letting me know what other ‘healing foods’ you know about in particular foods that are natural organic whole foods that heal. Also whatever you know about Konjac Root in your comments below would be appreciated.

Today I was reminded of one of the best cost saving habits that we can acquire as we live the natural organic whole foods lifestyle. It goes without saying that because of our commitment to natural organic whole foods, we do not eat foods that are full of preservatives and chemicals. Now when you don’t have preservatives in the food you eat, food just doesn’t last as long.

The natural organic whole foods you buy have already made the trip from the field to the market to you and the farther away the field is the longer it has probably been since the food was harvested. This means that there is a limited time for you to use your natural organic whole foods before they turn to a rotten goop. This makes planning ahead important.

We have all probably heard the saying “Waste Not – Want Not”. If you take the time to shop wisely, prepare your natural organic whole foods in the appropriate times and quantities you will discover that your grocery bill goes down. The fresher your food is the better it will taste and also the better for you it tends to be. So buy less at a time, prepare less at a time and you will find less food rotten in your refrigerator, and have more dollars in your pocket too.

Of course, when you do loose food to the natural process, there are always ways you can put this “rotten food” to good use. You can feed the food to your chickens, and if you don’t have chickens you can get composting red worms and they will be happy to turn your organic waste into the perfect natural organic fertilizer. So lets think about how we can waste not, lower our expenses, and get more out of our natural organic whole foods lifestyle.

Let me know what you have done to “waste not” in your comments below.

One of the things that doesn’t change in my life regardless of what the media is saying about the economy. I always am looking for ways to make sure I’m doing the best I can in the money savings department. When your buying motto “Cheap – Half Price – Or FREE” AND you want to buy natural organic whole foods you do have to work hard to get good values. So here are 3 money saving tips for those of us who buy natural organic whole foods and still need to get the best value out there.

1.	Grow your own natural organic whole foods. Yes, with some pots you can grow tomatoes in your house even if you don’t have a garden. Also it is a proven fact that spending the time to have a vegetable garden for your family is not only a great value, it is also very best natural organic whole foods you can possibly get.
2.	Go to local farms or farmer’s markets. In America we grow a lot of food, and there really is a lot of food grown near where you live I am sure. If you make relationships with local growers, you can get food directly from the source and this will not only save you money, the fresh food will be as good as it gets in a lot of cases. You can ask the grower about their growing practices and be reasonably sure that even if they aren’t certified organic, their product could be as good as anything out there in the natural organic whole foods community. Local vegetable stands and farmer’s markets are a good place to find these farmers and local food growers.
3.	Buy from a bulk food “buyer’s group” like www.AzureDelivery.com and you will be able to save 20-30 percent on natural organic whole foods over your local grocery story or whole foods market. If you live in Utah or Southern Idaho you can go to www.AzureDelivery.com for more information about ordering from this company.

I hope these tips help you and your family accomplish the objective that we should all share in good times and bad times. Get the best value in all of your natural organic whole foods purchases.

In my last blog entry, I talked about how we in the natural organic whole foods community need to stop believing the lies we love to believe. The only way not to avoid believing a lie is to be infused with the truth. Truth is a person more than a correct set of answers, facts or honest information. Bearing this in mind consider the 40 years prior to the American war of independence, Americans were infused with the truth in what is called the first great awakening. Because Americans were in fused with the person of the truth they became free inside and out. As the Christian scripture teaches, “You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free” (John 8:32) part of this saying is still written on one of the structures at Harvard. Later when lies and the force of arms came against our fathers to tyrannize and forcefully oppress them they fought it off and became a free and independent people. In other words, Christ who lived in them caused them to rise up and receive His liberty which He provides to them who receive Him. It wasn’t cheap and easy but Christ still made it happen.

As a result Americans became truth seekers because the person of truth was in everything they thought did and established. Indeed, it was a glorious independence for those who were governed by it, but some hated the very thought of ordinary people being free to govern themselves and they set about to destroy it.

Those who hate the truth despise America and Americans. Traditionally Americans are viewed as Puritan Christians and are despised because of their Christianity. This is something we have lost in general and also in the natural organic whole foods community. Now is the time to know the truth. Jesus Christ is truth, and He will set us free, both as a nation and as the natural organic whole foods community in particular.

Let me know your thoughts, by commenting below, and tomorrow I will discuss more on those who are lying to us because they hate the Christian America we once were.

It is my observation that people, including Americans, love to believe a lie. Even the natural organic whole foods community believes lots of lies. (more about this in a minute) Simple people, darkened in their understanding, love the lies propagated by their leaders most of all. The reason why is that people need to think of their leaders as trust worthy and honorable because it is impossible to follow them if this is not so. For example in the early 1990‘s during Desert Storm one of the greatest fears the Iraqi leaders fed their own people to motivate them to fight during Desert Storm, was that the American Soldiers eat their defeated enemies. So, after the Iraqi army was defeated and in haste to avoid the American soldier from eating them they fell before them and begged the American soldiers, “please, do not eat us”. This appears silly to us, but the only reason the Iraqi people believed this lie was because their leaders told them so and therefore they believed it. The Iraqi leadership knew they were lying but that didn’t matter because they were only thinking of their own agenda and not the good of the people they led.

The American people are no different and neither is the natural organic whole foods community. For example, do you believe that freon, a supposed destructive green house gas, is escaping our refrigerating equipment and destroying the ozone? If your answer yes it is, then you have believed a lie. Why not investigate and learn the truth for yourself. Freon is heaver than air. Physically it is impossible for it to rise to the ozone to cause a single stitch of damage. The Laws of Physics prevent it. Why do we in the natural organic whole foods community believe this lie? In part two I will discuss how we can discover the truth. In discovering the truth the natural, organic, whole foods community will be able to stop believing the lies we are told.

The family is the basic unit of society. Without family culture and society will die. Europe is next to dead by depopulation. The family in Canada and the USA are close behind. The only reason that society in Europe is still breathing is because of huge Immigration by Muslim people. The Muslims do not share our Christian Faith nor our families natural, organic, whole foods values but they’re families do reproduce. Their birth rate is five times that of the USA and we will be overwhelmed by them and their non god and their ways if we do not return to the faith that made us great. All the Western Governments of the earth are rushing full force to destroy themselves by discouraging re-population and the family values that promote our natural, organic, whole foods way of life. Is it organic or natural to poison our bodies so that we will not re-produce. Is it holistic according to a whole foods thinking of any kind to destroy life in the womb before it is allowed to breath. That it is not and that our own government is promoting our own and its own destruction.

The God who made the earth and all that is in it, is holding us in the balance and we are found wanting. De-population by itself declares that we as a people no longer wish to live and that another more worthy than our selves should destroy us and replace us and rule in our place. Many time in the past the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob who is also the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, has destroyed his own people because they would not listen to him and obey his commands. His command is very clear “be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and take dominion of it”. Fruitfulness is not de-population. We are guilty we must repent or our destruction is certain.

Repentance means to turn and go the other way. Therefore we must first seek the face of our God and declare our sin and ask for forgiveness. Second we must immediately encourage our children to marry and have many children. Third we must bring our children up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. Forth, our children’s children must never be educated in the Godless government schools that have destroyed us as a people. Fifth we must demand that we be given huge tax credits for multiple children. The more children we have the larger the deduction must be per child. For example we must demand that a tax exemption of $500. for the first child be given and for two children $1,000 for each child. As the children increase the exemption must slide up. For three children $2,000 for each child and for four children $3,000 for each child and for five children $4000 per each child and so on up to ten children $9,000 exemption per child be given. With this kind of measure we would have no need for foreign people to replace our murdered babies. We need no government rule in family and then we will live. The more government we have in family the sooner we will be destroyed.

Pro-Activity vs Re-Activity
What Is Best for you and me?

For example, what I do to build a successful natural, organic, whole foods delivery business is far more valuable to our customers than reacting to the challenges, problems, and complaints that present themselves each day.

To illustrate this point one of our natural, organic, whole foods customers with whom I recently spoke with made a very constructive, pro-active statement saying that they were going to stop watching the negative news because all it seemed to do was make them feel helpless and afraid. This was an excellent observation and was made in the context of not disengaging from society but in protecting ones mind and focus from the we are “a beaten people” syndrome.

We as natural, organic, whole foods people should all take this sound advice. For may part, I have chosen to think about what is good in life and of course my wife and children are on the top of that list. Good friends and the joy of fellowship with them is also high on that list as well. Also the work I do everyday brings a great deal of satisfaction as I serve others. This attitude has given me success in my Azure Delivery business.

Therefore, as a natural, organic, whole foods group let us reach even higher for the stars and even if we don’t get them all we will at a minimum have achieved excellence in our lifestyle.

eating healthy natural organic whole foods that are healing foods will both help us heal, and prevent many common ailments. The list of health issues covered in this book include allergies, diabetes, cancer, arthritis, obesity, cancer and heart disease.

This morning I went garage sale shopping with my wife. We enjoyed our morning and found a few good deals. In particular I found a book called “Healing Foods” that contains various recipes. This got me to thinking why we insist on buying the best natural organic whole foods to feed to our family from companies like our advertiser, Azure Delivery.

I haven’t had a chance to really get into this recipe book at this point, or to go through the first half that talks about special diets required for those with particular health concerns, but at first glance it seems to show us that eating healthy natural organic whole foods that are healing foods will both help us heal, and prevent many common ailments. The list of health issues covered in this book include allergies, diabetes, cancer, arthritis, obesity, cancer and heart disease.

If we can help our loved ones avoid such life challenges as diabetes and obesity while at the same time healing or preventing the live threatening diseases like cancer and heart disease, shouldn’t natural organic whole foods be more important to us than going out to eat or enjoying a movie at the theater?

With economic times getting tough for many, and fears sweeping the nation that we are in for a long tough financial future, many are choosing to stop purchasing healthy natural organic whole foods because they are “too expensive”. I do agree that these foods do seem to be more expensive and being careful with spending your money is important.

However, we when we consider natural organic whole foods we must remember that many of tomorrow’s expenses are results of spending choices we make today. If you choose to spend a little more today on natural organic whole foods, it is quite likely that you will be avoiding spending lots more tomorrow with doctor bills and loss of health that perhaps hurts your ability to bring in an income. So don’t step over dollars to pick up dimes. When you take care of your health today with natural organic whole foods, your tomorrow will be brighter because you’ll have more money and also feel better and healthier.

Remember your health is much more precious than you realize and what you eat makes a huge difference on how you heal and even helps prevent many diseases. So go ahead and make the commitment to keep using natural organic whole foods, in the years to come you’ll be thankful you did.

To your Health,
